Shipping & Delivery

1) Order Processing & Production

  • Made to order: Most apparel is printed on demand.
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your items (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 2:00 PM] or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

2) Shipping Methods, Rates & Estimates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method selected.

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • UK & EU: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Notes: Remote areas, weather, customs, or carrier backlogs may extend delivery windows.

Free shipping (optional): e.g., Free US shipping on orders over $75.

3) Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link after dispatch.
  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scan.

4) Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We can edit/cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase—email us with your order number.
  • After dispatch we cannot reroute; return-to-sender may require a re-shipment fee.

5) Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, Damaged)

  • Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or resolve.
  • Delayed/Lost: If no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us so we can investigate and resolve.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may incur import duties/VAT/GST. Unless stated otherwise, shipments are DDU (recipient pays any fees).

7) Split Shipments

Your order may ship in multiple parcels at no extra charge; you’ll receive tracking for each.

8) Pre-Orders & Back-Orders (If Applicable)

Estimated ship dates appear on the product page/checkout. Orders with pre-orders may ship together unless split shipping is selected.

9) PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Choose a method that supports PO Boxes (e.g., USPS).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to many military addresses; allow extra time.

10) Missed Delivery & Return-to-Sender

If marked “unclaimed,” “refused,” or “insufficient address,” we can reship (postage applies) or refund minus original shipping (made-to-order items may incur a restocking fee).

11) Signature & Delivery Instructions

Most orders do not require a signature. “Leave at door” requests are at the carrier’s discretion; we aren’t liable after a parcel shows delivered.

12) Holiday Peaks

During holidays or sales, processing and transit times may be longer—please order early.
